Mohsen Zandieh
Owner, Broker

Mohsen received his Masters Degree in Sociology from NYU and completed his course work in Political Sociology for his PHD.

Mohsen Zandieh is Owner/Broker of Arash Real Estate in Little Neck.He has been a Realtor for 32 years and has served Northeast Queens and Nassau for the part 25 years. He is married and has two grown sons.

He was president of North Shore MLS for two consecutive terms in the mid 90's . He is the recipient of numerous community leadership awards.  Among them are awards from The NYS Senate and Assembly, The NYC Council and The Long Island Board of Realtors.

Mohsen has served Long Island MLS as VP of Queens for five consecutive terms. He was also Secretary/Treasurer of Long Island Board of Realtors for 3 years. Presently he is President-Elect of LIBOR and will serve in 2008.

He is very community minded, as evidenced by the thousands of American flags distributed to the homeowners of Little Neck/Douglaston by Arash Real Estate Company. Every Christmas Mohsen spearheads a toy drive for The Marine's Toys for Tots campaign.  His motto is, "always give back to the community."

Paula Gerber

Paula has been a resident of Little Neck for almost 30 years and is very proud to have sent her two children to the wonderful schools in the area.
She has been affiliated with Arash Real Estate as manager and agent for more than 18 years. In that time, she has been instrumental in the sale of hundreds of homes. She would be delighted to assist you with any of your real estate needs.

Cathy Moran

As a proud lifelong resident of Little Neck (50+ years), there is nothing that gives me more pleasure than meeting people who share some of my memories of the Little Neck years ago. I am a full time Associate Broker with Arash Real Estate and have taken part in the sale of approximately two hundred fifty homes in our neighborhood. It is important to me to let potential clients know my fiduciary responsibility is always to the seller of the property and that my goal is to get the homeowner the best possible price in the quickest time from a qualified buyer, with the least amount of stress. My task is to provide the services necessary to reach this goal, at the same time realizing that the investment made in the property was not mine.
I look forward to meeting many more long time homeowners in the future and to provide the services necessary to make their home selling a pleasant experience.

John Lee

John Lee and his family have lived in Little Neck since 1972. Both of John’s daughters are products of District 26’s excellent schools. John has been active in residential and commercial real estate for 20 years. He is fluent in both English and Cantonese and he has been an associate broker with Arash Real Estate for the past 10 years.

Lucy Nichanian

Lucy has lived in Douglaston for the past 9 years. Her son and daughter attended the NYC Public Schools. She is fluent in French, Russian, Bulgarian, Armenian and English. Linda Bertino

Linda and her family have lived in Little Neck for 14 years. All three of her children attend District 26 public schools. Linda is very active in PS94 and MS67 Parent Teacher Associations. Diane was born and raised in Little Neck, where her family still resides. Presently she lives in the Village of Floral Park with her husband and three children. Diane is retired from the NYC Police Department and now enjoys working in the real estate business. She is committed to providing knowledgeable and loyal service to her clients.
