In March 2012, we decided to put our house in Little Neck on the market. After contacting three local realtors, we chose to list our home with Arash. We appreciated their candid views and their counseling concerning the current climate of the real estate market in our neighborhood. Having an office in the neighborhood for 25 years, their first-hand knowledge of the local area was invaluable.
Upon listing with Arash they quickly video taped the interior and exterior and produced a virtual tour that was extremely polished and showed the house well. It was posted online and by the weekend they were hosting our first open house. We were briefed after each open house and offers were reviewed with us in detail. We felt confident enough to entrust our home to Arash entirely as we moved across the country. They followed through diligently and even checked on the house daily.

Right from the start, you gave solid advice on the listing of the house, a raised ranch in Little Neck. As long-time members of the community yourselves, you certainly know so much about the neighborhood and market and I can't think of anyone better skilled in selling a home in that area. Paula helped find someone to do some landscaping, even driving around the neighborhood until she spotted the company she most trusted. Knowing that we live over the Whitestone Bridge in Westchester, Mohsen checked on the house daily, making sure everything was in order, rain or snow or shine. You made it easy for me to feel completely relaxed and sure that the house was in good and trust worthy hands.
But even more importantly, you understood how emotional and sentimental I was about selling my parent's home. You answered every phone call, every question, every concern with not only expert advice but with compassion and caring. Living in Westchester with my family and selling my childhood home, with all the memories attached, could have been a stressful experience. But because of your dedication and understanding, it was not only a smooth process, but a positive one in which I felt completely represented and protected and understood by you every step of the way.
